There is a 25.00 application fee that covers the cost of a criminal background check and a credit check. 

​

We seek to meet your high expectations with clean, safe, comfortable living.  Our high expectations are as follows:

 

All homes and apartments are smoke free.

​

Deposit and first month's rent are due before moving in. Rent is due on the fist of each month.

​

All utilities are paid by the tenant and should be put into the tenant's name prior to moving in. A three day grace period is allowed.

​

Only tenant's assigned to the unit are allowed to reside in the unit. 

​
